About this event

Join us for a magical night with a soothing sound bath, om chanting circle, kirtan, and vegan dinner!
If you'd like to fully relax, connect to the creative divine energy, and meet like-minded people -this is event for you!

Kirtan is performed by chanting sacred mantras that help uplift your soul and open the heart. It is the fastest and most joyful way to achieve peace of mind. Chanting helps us come back to the deepest place in ourselves, the place where we are the most awake and alive.

Sound bath - During Soundbath you'll be letting the vibrations from instruments wash through and over your body to help you release and let go of anything that is no longer serving you. Some of the instruments I use are gong, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and ocean drum.

Om chanting circle - Om is a sound of universe, sound of creation. When we chant om with others we raise our consciousness and amplify the vibrational healing energy.

“Musical gatherings are an effective form of yoga or spiritual discipline… Because man himself is an expression of the Creative Word, sound exercises on him a potent and immediate effect. Great religious music of East and West bestows joy on man because it causes a temporary vibratory awakening of one of his occult spinal centers. In those blissful moments a dim memory comes to him of his divine origin.” - Paramahansa Yogananda
