Experience a fully-immersive sound bath featuring quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and essential oils to support the balancing and harmonizing of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies by working through clothes on a cellular level through sound vibrations. Kristen Daschke is the sound healing practitioner for this sound bath experience. Kristen has been a health and wellness practitioner since 2011 when she became a massage therapist. Discovering a new path of natural health, her curiosity led her to become certified a Naturopath, Yoga Teacher, and Sound Healer. By utilizing sound and essential oils, Kristen aims to create a space that supports self-healing of the body, mind, and spirit.
