About this event

  • 1 hour

Join us for an immersive experience of relaxation and rejuvenation featuring the mesmerizing tones of the gong. Transport yourself to the depths of tranquility as this unique gong, meticulously created by hand in a mystical cave in Italy, releases harmonious vibrations that resonate through mind, body, and soul.

Kristen, a professional musician, will create resonating sounds on the gong and other instruments to guide you into a state of deep tranquility, promoting healing and balance for your mind, body, and spirit.

A sound bath featuring the gong is a therapeutic experience rooted in sound healing practices. Research suggests that exposure to specific frequencies and vibrations can positively impact the autonomic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Studies indicate that gong sounds contribute to a state of deep relaxation, potentially influencing physiological responses and enhancing overall well-being.

We look forward to sharing this harmonious journey with you. Feel free to invite friends who could use a blissful break!

This class is for adults and teens.

Please bring a blanket and a pillow. Wear something warm and comfortable. We’ll supply a yoga mat and blanket for you to lie on.

Important: Please provide a phone number with your registration. This information is crucial for receiving text updates about the event, including any changes to the schedule or cancellations.

Safety Regarding Sound Baths & Gong Baths: Sound baths are a form of complementary medicine and should not be considered a replacement for indicated medical treatments. People who are pregnant, experience epilepsy or seizures or have a diagnosed mental health condition should check with their primary care provider before taking part in sound baths or gong baths. For the hard of hearing, hearing aids should be removed to avoid excess noise; the sound vibrations are still beneficial and absorbed through the body.
