Do you know that our soul is comprised of harmony. -Leonardo da Vinci In our world full of stress and challenges, it&#x27;s important that we each find time and space to relax and utilize practices to help bring our whole being into harmony and balance. With this in mind...On Saturday, July 8th you are invited to a Sound Bath Experience at Terra Sol Sanctuary with Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations.This experience can be a deeply meditative and relaxing experience, as well as very transformational. This session will begin at 2:30pm and will incorporate the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Symphonic Gong, and more.Participants will be invited to relax and become comfortable for the session. After being invited to get comfortable and offering some brief guided relaxation, Greg will begin filling the atmosphere with the harmonic tones of the various instruments. The sounds will last about an hour before being guided back to waking consciousness. Time to ground and reflect on the experience will be offered before concluding the session.No experience needed. These sessions are geared to aid those not experienced with meditation, as well as offer an opportunity for deep meditation to experienced practitioners.Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and limit caffeine intake for a couple hours prior. Items you might consider bringing for this class include: blanket, pillow, mat, meditation crystal, journal.A﻿ little bit about Greg:Greg Burns is a practitioner in the Healing Art of Sound and owner of Metta Vibrations. He provides various Sound and Meditation events and classes, all focused on helping the individual. Greg has been leading these types of classes for over 8 years now after working for 15 years in a therapy hospital, helping him to develop a broad understanding of how we heal and feel better. Over the last 8 years he has led hundreds of public events and private sessions in a wide range of settings, such as yoga studios, schools, retirement centers, festivals, and more. Greg offers public events and classes throughout the mid-Atlantic region and beyond. He can also be booked for private classes or for your public events.
