Join us for a special outdoor sound bath overlooking beautiful wine country at Domaine Roy & fils winery and vineyard.
Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation with crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and chimes. Guided by sound practitioner, Brooke Lyons.
This 60-minute session will begin with a guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey to restore your mind, body, and spirit. This deeply relaxing experience is total bliss. You will walk away feeling refreshed and renewed.
Join us for a glass of wine on the patio afterwards. Each ticket includes one glass of wine. Anything additional may be purchased.
You will be laying down for this experience. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket if you'd like and something for underneath your head.
Plan to arrive by 9:45am to get settled in. The sound bath will be from 10-11am and then wine will be served afterwards.
