What should I bring to the sound bath session?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, or a fold-out chair if you prefer to sit. Whatever makes you comfortable! Also, don't forget to bring water, sunglasses, and sunscreen to stay hydrated and protected. I won't be providing these items, so come prepared for a relaxing experience.

What should I wear to the sound bath?

Accepted Answer

Dress light and comfortable, as it can get warm during the session. Choose breathable clothing that allows you to relax and fully enjoy the experience.

Question 3

Do I need to have any prior experience with sound baths or meditation?

Accepted Answer

No, not at all! I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Whether you're a seasoned participant or a complete beginner, everyone is welcome to join and experience relaxation and rejuvenation. Just come with an open mind and willingness to embrace the experience.

What happens if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

If you arrive late, please quietly and gently settle in without disrupting the session. Remember to turn off your cell phone or set it to vibrate to avoid interruptions for yourself and others. We want everyone to have a peaceful and uninterrupted experience.

Question 5

What if the weather is bad on the day of the event or the Sound Bath is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If the weather doesn't permit or for any reason the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued. I prioritize sticking to organized events, but in unforeseen circumstances, cancellations will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
