N ever experienced sound bath meditation? Join us at Heron's Meadow Farm for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath meditation experience. The experience includes an hour of sound bath, led by Lisa Despres, followed by a light brunch with a sampling of teas. The event will be held on our covered patio and will be held rain or shine.
