About this event
Your best sleep starts before bedtime. Join Sachi (Somatelligence) and Cindy for a multi-instrument sound bath designed to settle your system and prime you for deeper, steadier sleep. Join us for this unique experince pairing soothing soundscapes with simple, science-backed breathwork and a short teaching on sleep hygiene, so you can leave with a practice you can actually use.
During the session, you’ll also have the option to receive brief craniosacral (light touch consent-first based work) to support down-regulation. Prefer no touch? Perfect. You’ll receive the full experience either way.
- Arrival & settle (5–10 min): Get comfortable, hydrate, choose seated or lying down.
- Sleep Education(10min): Provided by Nate of Golden Dreams Mattress
- Sleep & breath mini-teach (10 min): Practical cues for better nights (cadence, nasal focus, wind-down timing).
- Sound bath (45–60 min): Layered tones (bowls, chimes, gentle percussion & voice) to invite the body into a restorative state.
- Optional craniosacral touch: Light, invitational support to the head/neck/shoulders to encourage release.
- Integration (10-15 min): Quiet time + simple take-home protocol. Snacks and drinks will be provided
- A 2-minute pre-sleep breath sequence you can repeat at home
- A felt sense of nervous system “downshift” you can recognize and recreate
- Clarity on what actually matters for sleep hygiene (and what doesn’t)
Anyone craving better sleep, less stress, and a gentle reset—high-output humans, creators, leaders, caretakers, and anyone feeling stuck in “tired but wired.”
What to Bring- Cozy layers, socks, and water
- If you're sensitive, please bring your own sheets as well.
- Optional: eye mask, light blanket, pillow cover and/or sheets if you prefer your own setup
(Venue has sanitary measures to ensure the beds are clean and fluffy for your comfort; bring what helps your body feel safe and comfortable.)
- Craniosacral touch is 100% optional. You can opt in/out at any time.
- We aim for a fragrance-light space.
- If you’re navigating pregnancy, active migraine, recent concussion, sound sensitivity, or a cardiac device, please consult your provider and email us in advance with any needs or questions.

Sachi is a somatic practitioner and founder of Somatelligence, blending craniosacral therapy, multi-instrument sound, and micro-regulation protocols to help high-stress humans access clarity, flow, and sustainable energy. She’s joined by Cindy, an experienced sound practitioner passionate about nervous system regulation through immersive, gentle sound.
Together, we offer accessible “frequency medicine”—practical, evidence-informed practices you can feel in your body. Craniosacral light touch is brief and always optional, with clear consent.
