Relax as Plamen Russev gently guides you through a Soulful Breathwork experience that heals the body, calms the mind, and nourishes the soul.A single session of breathwork can change your life, creating immediate and permanent results. Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective way to heal past trauma by releasing old pain, grief, anger, fear, or other unprocessed emotions. It can also transform the present by helping to relieve stress, harmonize emotions and increase vitality. Great for anxiety relief, peace of mind, mental clarity, emotional healing, self-development, or spiritual connection.
Sacred Sound Bath led by Denise Foster, Reiki Master/Sound Therapist. Her healing energy is amplified while playing the bowls, allowing her to clear the space for a truly transcendent experience. She will be walking throughout the event, playing meditative instruments over you. This helps to enhance your experience, along with Reiki Healing. Crystal Singing Bowls, Wave Drum, Chimes, Rain Stick, Bells, and more will be used. Sacred Sound is also known for relaxation, pain removal, and self-awareness. The breathwork flows into a sound bath to help you integrate your session.
PLEASE BRING whatever you need to make you comfortable: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover, water; chairs are available.
No prior breathwork experience is required to attend.
