What can I expect during the workshop?

Participants will create personal collage cards using images, magazines, and simple art materials. Through guided prompts and reflection, you’ll begin to uncover the inner wisdom, stories, and parts of yourself that may be asking for attention or expression.

Do I need to be artistic or creative?

Not at all. SoulCollage® is about self-expression, not artistic skill. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to create your cards.

What are the benefits of SoulCollage®?

SoulCollage® can help increase self-awareness, spark insight, reduce stress, encourage creativity, and deepen connection to yourself and others. Many participants find the process surprisingly meaningful and empowering.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and an open mind. All supplies will be provided (you may want to bring a pair of scissors in case there is a need to share), though you are welcome to bring personal images or magazines if you’d like to incorporate them into your cards.
