TUNING IN TO OUR SOULS: A JOURNEY THROUGH THE KABBALISTIC SEFIROT BALANCED MIND MEDITATION CENTER, JCC  
TAUGHT BY SOUL X DIRECTOR: RABBI DANIEL BORTZ  MINDFUL MEDITATION LED BY: JULIE POTIKER Jewish Mysticism teaches that the foundational building blocks of our universe and human psyche are the Sefirot. These ten Divine attributes show us a road map to personal growth, wholeness, and peace. Together with the Millennial Rabbi Daniel Bortz and Mindfulness expert Julie Potiker, we will dive deep into the lower seven­ Sefirot traditionally studied between Passover & Shavuot and internalize their lessons into our lives. No prior experience or knowledge necessary — all beginners welcome! We only require an open mind and an open heart. We will explore the secrets behind the nature of your self & how to best manifest them - particularly the 7 emotional aspects: Chesed {Loving kindness, Giving} Gevurah {Restraint, Discipline, Awe}  Tiferet {Beauty, Harmony, Compassion}  Netzach {Endurance, Courage}  Hod {Humility, Devotion} Yesod {Bonding, Foundation}  Malchut {Sovereignty, Receptivity} After each lesson we will meditate and internalize the wisdom learned into our lives. This is a 6-week course.
