Soul Mining Studio is offering a 30 min guided meditation where all you have to do is simply show up and relax! Seriously, that’s it! There is no right or wrong way to meditate. You can lay down, sit up, hold lotus pose, lean against the wall... you get the idea.
So, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and bring as many yoga mats, blankets, crystals and cushions as you’d like! We’ll take care of the rest.
Guided meditation is a powerful tool that is scientifically proven to help nourish, restore and harmonize our entire being – mind, body, and soul. How can we go wrong with that?? Our intention is to provide the time, space, and guidance needed to access that wildly rich inner gold mine of ours, unearth the priceless treasure, and LET. IT. SHINE!!

About the Instructor
Emily serves the Dallas community as a certified meditation teacher (MTT-200), reiki therapist, and fitness instructor. She is a single mom of two, a resident of Lakewood, and also part of the Kindfolk team here at Roam Fine Goods. Emily is highly driven to dig soul deep and help others navigate their wildly beautiful inner landscape – unearthing truth, treasure, & gold! She aims to help bring balance, harmony, and honor to the heart of her community and the collective. And without hesitation, Emily will remind whoever is listening to never settle, press into their worthiness, and watch the magic unfold!
