About this event

This is an all-levels, beginner friendly, yoga class. You can expect to be in community with amazing people, get into your body, and have a great time. The playlist will include gospel, r&b, and feel-good sounds to nurture the soul.

There are mats in the space, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Class will begin at 10am sharp! Please give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive and get settled.
