A small group day retreat in a Yurt in the beautiful sussex countryside.

We will be weaving in

*Internal Family Systems practices

*work with archetypes

*partner and larger group connection

*nature connection

*somatic and art practices.

Each has its own way to invite you into a soulful connection with yourself, others and the world around you.

10-4pm, simple vegan lunch provided and tea during breaks.
