This in-person event will feature a live podcast recording with psychotherapist Rostyslav Shemechko, centered on mental health, well-being, and the importance of community support. The conversation will explore ways to foster meaningful connections between Ukrainian newcomers and Ukrainian-Canadians, creating a welcoming space for dialogue and healing.

To enrich the emotional and cultural experience, the event will include a special violin performance by Vasyl Popadiuk. Grounded in the psychology of music, this performance will complement the themes of the talk by illustrating how music brings people together, builds connection, and fosters a sense of belonging.
