Do I need experience?

Not at all! Beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome.

How long does the session last and what can I expect?

Each session lasts about 90 minutes. You’ll be guided into a calm state while crystal bowls and other instruments create restorative vibrations. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed.

What should I bring to a Sound Session?

Mats and blankets are provided. We recommend bringing a jacket or extra cushion so you can relax comfortably. You may also want to wear comfy clothing to enhance your experience.
