Sonic Vibrations is a hour and a half virtual event that brings mindfulness and music together in one shared space.
The first 45 minutes are led by yours truly Danni Hearts and focuses on meditation, affirmations, journaling, and visualization. This portion is about slowing down, checking in with yourself, and working through what you’re carrying—mentally and emotionally—alongside others doing the same.
In the second 45 minutes, Aloefi takes over with a live DJ set designed to help you release that energy through movement. The session includes an interactive chat room, raffles, and prizes.
SONIC stands for Sound Opening New Inner Channels. The goal of the night is simple: create space for self-awareness, then use music and movement to let go.
