Start time: 7pm. It is recommended to come 15 minutes before in choosing your space to settle,and ground.
What to bring: While mats and head rests will be provided for your comfort, we recommend bringing your own mat and head rest just in case of any shortage. Additionally, feel free to bring a blanket to enhance your comfort during the session. Journals will be provided for reflection, but you're welcome to bring your own to capture any personal insights or reflections.
