Sonic Neural Breathwork
SNB is a transformational breathwork experience inspired by holotropic techniques, designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Guided by intention and set to a powerful audio journey that induces a theta brainwave state, this session helps release stuck energy, emotional trauma, and limiting patterns. As you breathe and move through the experience, your body naturally begins to repattern the nervous system, unwind fascia, and initiate profound self-healing—awakening your most authentic and empowered self. Combined with the profound healing capabilities of The Light System™ and your own breath, this event will leave you feeling lighter and rejuvenated for spring.
What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and know that an eye mask, complimentary water, earplugs, and a blanket for the session will be provided by Zen Zone
What to expect: Holotropic breathing combines controlled mouth breathing and nostril breathing to activate chemicals in the lungs and pineal gland to create a transcendental experience that helps you transcend the "thinking mind." By doing so, we assist your fascia in releasing stored trauma and blockages. Alongside Theta music soundwaves, Light Language tracks, and the frequencies of The Light System™, you will be guided into a journey that recalibrates your nervous system and cleanses your mind, body, and soul.
