Event description

Description

It’s time for the WCTE Annual Dinner and this year you’ll love the new twist to the evening’s lineup! As always, we will recognize a few amazing individuals with the Makers Award, the WCTE Volunteer of the Year Award and the Joe Albrecht Award, but that’s just the beginning. To celebrate Ken Burns’ newest documentary premiering this fall, Country Music, this year’s dinner will feature a Songwriters Showcase. Much like the Bluebird Café in Nashville, you will hear from the songwriters themselves, coupled with short performances from each. Come dressed like a country music star and enjoy a fun and relaxing evening as we sit back and revel in the talents of the prestigious icons performing just for you!
