The Community Oak Park is a group offamilies, friends and neighbours who are buildinga community that is inclusive of people of all abilities.

The Community Oak Park

Music moves, motivates and inspires our daily lives. What could be better than working together to create beautiful music in a fun and relaxed setting?! Participants will have the chance to explore their love of singing, music and songwriting during this fun and interactive session through music games, singing exploration and performing.
Music experience is not necessary but a positive attitude is! 
We will also be learning some mindfulness techniques in order to connect inward and make the most of our creativity.
Express yourself through music in this interactive and invigorating workshop!
Bring an instrument if you have one! 
If not, we will have some for you to try.
This is mixed abilities- anyone is welcome aged 16 and up.
 Registration is mandatory.
