Returning to Canberra, Lexi Sekuless brings a new version of her celebrated cabaret show about Marilyn Monroe to Old Parliament House. Some Like It Marilyn has many of the songs and numbers from the 2010 Marilyn show, plus additions from the one woman show featured in London.
Some Like It Marilyn is a tribute to Marilyn's huge body of work and an exploration of her celebrity from those who worked with her. Jane Russell, Joe DiMaggio, Tony Curtis and Billy Wilder all feature in this unique show which seeks to reveal the product of a legend.
Staring Lexi Sekuless, Helen McFarlane, Zach Raffan, and Tim Sekuless, with Leisa Keen as Musical Director and Annette Sharp as Choreographer.

Seats are arranged around dinner tables of ten. A RESERVE tickets are up the front of the room, B RESERVE tickets are in the middle, C RESERVE tickets are towards the back and show only seats are up the back and do not include any food. 
A cash bar will run all evening. 
Doors will open at 7:00pm for first course service at approximately 7:15pm. The first half of the show will begin at approximately 8:00pm. Dessert will be served during intermission. The second half of the show will conclude at approximately 9:30pm. 
Dinner is a two course meal catered by Old Parliament House. The main course will be served before Act One. Dessert will be shared table platters and served during intermission, before Act Two. Please email dietary requirements to the event organiser.

Is it possible to buy tickets at the door?
If tickets are still available, cash purchases at the door will be possible for SHOW ONLY. 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available in front of and to the sides of Old Parliament House. 
Where do I enter? What is the access like?
Entry to the Members' Dining Rooms is at the back of the building, on Queen Victoria Terrace. There are no steps and access is flat from the road to the door. 
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring your eventbrite ticket. BYO is not possible at this venue. A cash bar will be running all evening.

What's the refund policy? 
Once you purchase a ticket, it is not possible to request a refund. Please contact 0439 268 778 if you need to swap nights.
