Is there a parking lot at the venue?

There is a parking lot at the venue, though a theater screening will be happening at the same time so spaces may be limited. Street parking is also available nearby.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and relax. We will be doing gentle movement and seated practices.

Just yourself and an open mind. Any materials needed for the workshop, including tea, will be provided.
