You are invited to slow down and enjoy deep, intuitive stretches and massage while laying in yin yoga poses. Licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master, Maily will be coming around for an energetic sweep and gently taking you deeper into poses.
Certified Yoga teacher and Sound Ceremony Facilitator, Xayleen will be guiding you into yin poses to ease you into letting go of the old, embracing the change and transition, and preparing for inner reflection and rest before the coming of Winter. This 90minute experience will end with a relaxing crystal bowl meditation.
