The two main modalities Amanda uses:

Spinal Energetics is a modality developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane. It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to heal themselves and create change in life.

Somatic Breathwork is designed to help you bring balance to your body and mind, and is another incredible somatic tool to create change in your life. The circular connected technique we practice is backed by neuroscience to help you access non ordinary states of consciousness through your breath and regulate your nervous system. All you need to do is lay down, breathe, and follow my cues.

These modalities assist in moving stuck energy, releasing old stories/past trauma, and gives you space to feel alive with more joy and self compassion. The RESULTS from this unique 'Somatic Business Growth' experience have shown significant shifts in business to receive and hold a lot more money and clients! 💸

IMPORTANT: This somatic experience is not suitable for those with:

• Pregnant
