Somatic Movement Workshop

Somatic Movement Workshop

Studio SOULOrlando, FL
Sunday, Mar 29 from 4 pm to 5:30 pm
Overview

Unwind tension patterns and reconnect with the intelligence of your body.

Our bodies are constantly adapting to stress, often creating unconscious movement and breathing patterns that lead to tension and fatigue. This 90-minute somatic workshop is designed to help you gently unwind those patterns and create new ones rooted in ease, stability, and flow.

Through breathwork, fascia stretching, Qigong-inspired movement, and nervous system regulation practices, we will explore how the body releases tension and restores balance when given the right conditions. Participants will learn simple yet powerful techniques to support pelvic floor awareness, joint mobility, breath-body coordination, and overall nervous system health.

This class is slow, mindful, and deeply restorative — offering tools you can return to again and again.

Date: Sun. March 29th

Time: 4-5:30pm (please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled)

Location: Studio Soul, Lake Nona

What to Bring: Wear Comfortable Clothes and Bring a Water Bottle
