Bay Area Somatic Therapy Center is a new nonprofit offering somatic and nervous system–based support. We believe that in this moment of collective uncertainty and change, it is essential to befriend our bodies and build our capacity to stay present with what is.

Our first group therapy offering is for people carrying complex or intergenerational trauma who are seeking healing in community. This group is rooted in nervous system awareness, resourcing, and relational support.
