Visit Slip Gallery in Belltown the entire month of February for creative, healing events and workshops

Ever feel disconnected?  Like you’re moving at a pace that is just not natural to your body's innate rhythm and longings?  Can we slow down and consider, what is my natural state of flow?  How do I have a sense of being rooted, of being connected to land and place?  What would it feel like to honor my body and the Earth around me?  Where can I find balance, harmony and resonance within, and can I do it communally? In this workshop we will explore all these concepts and more.  We will move through:<ul><li>Guided Somatic Meditations and Mindfulness Practice</li><li>Discuss Earth Based Practices to Foster Connection</li><li>Craft Our Own Earth Based Art Project </li><li>Get To Explore the Wild Cure exhibit and do a Guided Journaling Exercise</li></ul> What to BringPlease wear comfortable clothes and bring a notebook and pen.
