A space open toallfor discovering your sanctuary for the soul, easing stress, anxiety & inspiring self-love. We offer yoga classes, sound baths, best-self workshops, mantra music meditation (kirtan), philosophy discussions and delicious plant-based meals, all in a relaxed, warm and inviting lounge studio atmosphere.

This workshop invites you to step into a space where rhythmic flow, creative expression, and personal exploration merge into a celebration of movement.Whether you're new to dance or have years of experience, you'll find a supportive environment to connect with your body and others. Somatic dance is not about perfection; it's about being present, listening to your body's impulses, and allowing movement to be a form of meditation, release, and joy. Meet Your Host, Leeann Ross:Leeann Ross is a passionate and versatile dancer with a diverse background in theater, dance, and yoga. Starting with acting, she soon discovered the transformative power of movement and has since dedicated herself to a wide variety of dance forms, including jazz, contemporary, dancehall, ballet, hip hop, waacking, freestyle, and more. Leeann currently studies at the prestigious University of Southern California's Glorya Kaufman School of Dance, where she explores both the technical and artistic aspects of dance.Her approach to somatic dance draws on her extensive dance training, theatrical tools, and yogic practices to foster physical wellness, emotional expression, and inner enjoyment. Leeann's focus is on fusing different dance styles with mindful practices to create a holistic experience where dance becomes both a physical practice and a tool for self-awareness and emotional release.Come as you are—bring your curiosity, your energy, and your desire to explore your body in new and liberating ways. We are located next to Nature's Brew.Parking:1. Behind the building, common parking for different restaurants (1st come basis).2. Small parking space on Toberman Street3.
