Somatic Dance: Start Your Week in Motion
This somatic dance experience is a guided movement space designed to help you reconnect with your body, release built-up tension, and reset your nervous system for the week ahead.
We begin by gently arriving into the body through breath and presence, then move into intuitive, free-form dance supported by carefully curated music and light facilitation. There is no choreography and no pressure to perform—this is about listening inward and allowing your body to move in the way it naturally wants to.
Somatic dance is rooted in the understanding that the body holds emotion, stress, and energy. Through conscious movement, we create space for release, grounding, and aliveness.
All levels are welcome—no dance experience is needed. Come as you are, whether you feel open, closed off, tired, expressive, or somewhere in between.
Leave feeling more connected, embodied, and present in yourself as you step into your week.
