No experience is needed. This session is guided step-by-step and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What kind of breathwork is this?

This is a somatic, nervous-system-led approach to breathwork using conscious connected breathing.  It is not performance-based. There is no pushing or forcing — the emphasis is on safety, regulation, and gentle integration. You're always in control and can adjust your breathing pattern.

Will this be intense or emotional?

Accepted Answer

Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel calm and grounded, others may notice emotions surfacing gently. There is no expectation to “have a breakthrough.” You are always in control and can pause at any time.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free on street parking is available around the venue. Aim to arrive early to secure a spot.
