Somatic breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses intentional breath patterns to shift the nervous system, release stored emotions, and reconnect you to your body. Through rhythmic breathing, music, and body awareness, you move out of your thinking mind and into your body.

What happens during a session?

We begin with a brief introduction to the science behind breathwork and how it supports the nervous system. You’ll set a personal intention for your experience, then move into six rounds of intentional breathing, alternating between up-regulating and down-regulating patterns.

Is it safe for everyone?
