Please wear comfortable clothes for working out

An open mind, a bottle of water, a yoga mat and a blanket/sweater/towel if you tend to run cold (this will be for the Reiki portion of class where you will be laying down). If you don't have a yoga mat, don't worry. There is a limited amount at the studio. Come early to claim one.

Is it open to all genders?

Yes, everyone is welcome to join

Do I need to have experience in these methods?

No. Both beginners and returning students are welcome
