Welcome to Soma Breath Breathwork for Kids event on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM in Purna Yoga East! Ages 13- 18 (High Schoolers)

This 45-minute session, whereteens learn to journey in self-discovery and empowerment through the power of their breath. Designed to be both engaging and transformative, our class integrates meditation, rhythmic breathing exercises, and uplifting music to create a dynamic experience.

With this session, we are empowering teens with the tools for self-regulation and emotional resilience. Within a supportive and nurturing environment, they will uncover the deep connection between their breath and their inner world, fostering a profound sense of calm and inner peace that extends far beyond the session. Through exploration of various breathing techniques, they will cultivate the ability to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and confidence, laying the foundation for lifelong emotional well-being and success.
