About this event

  • 2 hours

Attend a transformative and healing Sound Bath at the beautiful Philosophical Research Society. Let the pure tone and vibration shake off (literally!) the past, clearing the way to attract the life you desire.

Quartz crystal singing bowls produce a resonance that allows consciousness to travel into altered states of awareness. As your brainwaves slow down, shifting from an active Beta state to a more relaxed & dream-like Alpha state, tap into your unconscious mind and access your unlimited potential. During this state, profound inspiration, relaxation and healing can be expected.

Sound Bath Bliss is a safe space where you may quiet your mind and reconnect to your bliss. Benefits include: Stress Reduction, Peace of Mind, Creative Inspiration, Physical & Mental Healing, Improved Sleep, Enhanced Energy, Relief from Depression & Anxiety, Forgiveness, Release from Guilt, Increased Productivity & Focus.

Best of all, you are required to do nothing - just lie back, let go and receive. After an hour-long cathartic and transportive sound bath, you will feel refreshed and renewed.
