Gaylon “Solo” Jones has this dynamite mentality that every time he hits the stage, he blows it up. Call it determination or great strategic design, but this Jacksonville, Florida native knows how to deliver the funny like no other country boy you know. It is almost impossible to define or describe the thought process behind this mastermind comic, but beware, you will not leave the same way you came. In fact, be prepared to laugh until the medics come for assistance.
Solo Jones has performed on many stages across the country which include, the Jacksonville Comedy Club (Jacksonville, FL), the Improvs (Orlando & Ft. Lauderdale, FL), the Uptown Comedy Corner (Atlanta, GA), the Laugh Factory (Los Angeles, CA) and Caroline’s on Broadway (New York City, New York. He’s shared stages with the likes of Jamie Foxx, Tommy Davidson and Steve Harvey.
Jones also had roles in Law & Order and was featured on Dr. Oz. One might ask, how does this guy get booked to rock stages all over the country? The answer is easy, His high-energy style of comedy is in high demand and can be noted as a danger to your health. Quite frankly, it boils down to his comedic genius and relatability while on stage. People just simply love him!
