Join us to celebrate the recent renovation of the <a href="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=mansion" title="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=mansion" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mansion Solarium</a> at our Solarium Dedication on Thursday, Sept. 12 at 5:30 p.m. (program at 6:15 p.m.). Thanks to a generous gift from Debra and David Rathje, this centrally located room overlooking the Koi Pond has been completely restored, including a custom bar, sunroom-esque style furniture, a large area rug that helps level portions of the original brick floor and updated bar amenities.These improvements have given the Solarium a new sense of purpose, transforming it into a hub for wedding receptions, dinner parties and Allerton-hosted events.
