If you would like to have a one-on-one session via Skype or FaceTime we are more than welcome to teach the workshop through that platform. If you have already purchased a ticket for one of our workshops, we will credit you for when we reschedule the workshop. Prior to this workshop we explored the heart chakra in ways to find balance and healing of our compassion, acceptance and forgiveness for ourselves and others.This workshop focuses on the solar plexus chakra which helps grow your confidence and vitality. This empowers you to follow your true path and create the life you want. When balanced, the solar plexus chakra allows you to seize your personal power, develop your authentic self, and take responsibility for your life.During the workshop we will focus on :-Learning about the solar plexus chakra energy center of our body-How to balance and heal our solar plexus-What foods, exercise, crystals &amp; etc. that can help balance and unblock our chakra-Techniques to take back our personal power, embrace our self-worth, strength, mental clarity, &amp; self-esteem -Increase awareness of how this energy center interacts &amp; effects our health &amp; organs in this area of our body-Developing our sensitivity (aka awareness) to ourselves and what we are experiencing &amp; more!!This workshop includes a guided meditation at the end to recap what we have learned and help you on your way to healing and recovery.
