At Marlena Design Group, we love to host fun events, and classes to bring the community together.

In Astrology, eclipse season represents a powerful time to reflect and transform the current karmic patterns we&#x27;ve been working on as a collective. The Sun, Earth, and Moon arrive in divine alignment, signaling important messages that need to be received for the year. Solar eclipses are especially intense as they occur during the New Moon (or dark moon), where energetic boundaries start to thin between ourselves and those around us. This event takes place a couple of days before the height of the eclipse in order to better align with these powerful downloads.Through this healing session, we will learn about the mythological significance of the eclipse with an emphasis on ancient Indian myths. We will also discuss the Tantric significance of a New Moon and how to seed our intentions in conjunction with these cosmic cycles. After, we will move through a guided Yoga Nidra experience to access the deeper unconscious. The purpose of the Yoga Nidra is to move from the waking state into a dream state (from beta brain waves to theta brain waves).
