This workshop will start with a conversation about the predominant astrological alignments involved in the Solar Eclipse in Aries on April 19th. Using this potent moment, practice a set of breath-work, movement and meditation to feel renewed. This Rebirthing Kriya from Kundalini Yoga refreshes the mind, body and spirit from the burdens of subconscious weight. This sequence creates a cathartic release and sense of new beginnings perfect for a New Moon Solar Eclipse. T﻿his is the second new moon in Aries of 2023 and while this Solar Eclipse won&#x27;t be visible in the United States, its effects will be felt. The sun and moon&#x27;s placement at 29 degrees of Aries and square to Pluto offer an opportunity to address and clear our shadow. With support from Jupiter and Eris we can fiercely face our fears within with courage.

No experience necessary.Rebirthing Kriyas are not recommended for anyone under 13. The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during Kundalini Yoga.Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. <h2>Starhouse </h2>The StarHouse was constructed by a small group of people dedicated to the principles of Sacred Geometry, StarWisdom, Sacred Union, Mythical Theatre and Community Ceremony. This beautiful, land-based temple was built between 1989-90. Since then it&#x27;s served as a sacred meeting place for humanity and the Divine as a living temple offering itself to the world in the spirit of Trans-denominational spirituality and the unity of all faiths and traditions.

<h2>Pavanjeet</h2>Pavanjeet is a Kundalini Yoga, Breath-work and Meditation teacher, sound healer and Western astrologer based in Boulder, Colorado. His teaching style balances the profound with light-hearted play. He offers practical tools for the journey of self-discovery. Pavanjeet’s studies of yoga and astrology started as a teen and have taken him around the world. Living in ashrams in India and spending weeks in silent meditation, he has experience in many lineages. He is a Kundalini Research Institute Level I &amp; II Certified Kundalini Teacher and has taught and supported in many Level 1 Kundalini Teacher Trainings. He is a student of Sat Nam Rasayan and Kundalini Yoga Therapy with special training in anxiety &amp; depression, “cold depression” and reducing inflammation, pain &amp; sleeplessness. He’s studied energy and bodywork with certifications in Kundalini Bodywork and Core Synchronism. He holds advanced gong training.
