Solar Eclipse on the Farm

Come see us on the farm to enjoy the 2017 eclipse. Bring your lawn chair and blanket, enjoy your favorite milk, ice cream and cheese while hanging out with Shatto Milk Company's bovines and watching an amazing event that has not been seen since 1979. 
Tickets are $40 per car (no oversized vehicles or rv's) and that fee will include two event specific limited edition t-shirts and two limited edition solar glasses.  Additional attendees can purchase more shirts and glasses at the event.  
All registrants will be allowed to start parking at 8:30 a.m. and will need to be onsite and parked prior to 10:30 a.m.  All ticket sales are final.  No refunds will be made in the event of traffic delays, rain, clouds, or weather of any type or any other reasons.  Areas for lawn chairs and blankets are first come first serve.  We have some grass, pasture and gravel that you can make your own.  The farm will be open, you can see the baby calves, enjoy milk, cheese and more. 
This celestial event is a solar eclipse in which the moon passes between the sun and Earth and blocks all or part of the sun for up to about three hours, from beginning to end, as viewed from a given location. For this eclipse, the longest period when the moon completely blocks the sun from any given location along the path will be about two minutes and 40 seconds. The last time the contiguous U.S. saw a total eclipse was in 1979.
No cars will be allowed onsite the day of the event without a unique ticket provided by Shatto Milk Company.
