Eclipses are known for speeding up transitions and bringing our next steps into focus. If you’re feeling a shift on the horizon, join me on August 13th to breathe your way into new insights, clear vision, and the inspiration to move into your next chapter.In this session, you will use the power of conscious breathing to move energy and reconnect with your intuition. Our time will begin with an active breathwork practice designed to release stored emotion and physical tension, before we transition into a space of deep, nourishing rest.This is a space for everyone—whether you are new to this practice or have a long-standing relationship with the breath. Come as you are, and leave refreshed, open, and with a renewed sense of your own quiet wisdom.I am a licensed clinical social worker and a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, however this session is meant for wellness purposes only, and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You are always in control of your breath and your body; please feel empowered to listen to your own needs throughout the journey.I'm so looking forward to breathing with you.Active breathwork is not indicated for those with a history of heart conditions, high blood pressure, seizures, stroke, psychosis, severe asthma or chronic panic attacks. If you are pregnant, taking medication for serious medical conditions, or have recently had surgery, please consult your doctor prior to your breathwork session.
