The Albany District (NY) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, is a member of The Links, Incorporated, a premier international,  non-profit volunteer service organization committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the cultural and economical survival of African Americans.  This unique friendship chain, linked for more than 75 years, has grown to nearly 15,000 professional women of color.  The Albany District (NY) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is celebrating more than 70 years of service promoting educational, civic and cultural activities throughout the greater Capital Region. Serving the community is a key commitment of the Albany District (NY) Chapter, as demonstrated through annual grants to not-for-profits and more than 1,400 community service hours documented annually.

Are you ready to celebrate the unofficial end of summer? Join us for a Soirée en Vert from the comfort and safety of your home.

This event is sold out but we hope you will join us next time!

This virtual “pop-up” FUNdraising event will be an evening of surprise, celebration, amazing eats, and green-minded fun all for a good cause!* Enjoy a delicious three-course gourmet meal by <a href="https://www.pdtcatering.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pomme de Terre</a>. The festivities will also include flowers, a sunset champagne toast, and entertainment by <a href="https://www.djhollyw8d.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">DJ Hollyw8d</a>. Put on your summer garden party attire — featuring the color green, of course — and prepare to wow us for a chance to win one of three fabulous prizes. To enter the contest, turn a corner of your home, garden, driveway, garage (get creative) into your own Dîner en Vert. Show us YOUR GREEN and how you dine in style. Prizes will be awarded for the most elegant, the most creative, and the most festive table arrangements.Then kick back, relax and seeing friends from across the Capital Region. This is an event where everyone will have a seat at the table.*A portion of proceeds will benefit <a href="https://momstartshere.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mom Starts Here</a>, a nonprofit organization serving young women in unplanned pregnancies and underprepared families in Albany, Rensselaer and Schenectady counties.
