About this event
The Soil & Climate Alliance Virtual Roundtable series provides ongoing deep dives focusing on specific areas of the regenerative landscape to accelerate speed and scale. In 2022-2023, we will focus on Financing Regenerative Transitions and Large Scale Land Transition.
Join us for the Soil & Climate Alliance's next virtual roundtable (and the first in this new series) on Regenerative Agriculture Opportunities for Banks: Creating Regenerative Opportunity for Ag Lenders on Tuesday, September 13 from 3:00 - 4:30 pm EDT.
The series will focus on bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders focused on addressing gaps in the banking sector that hinder farmer adoption of regenerative agriculture.
This virtual roundtable will dive deep into the ways innovative organizations and lenders are able to negate the risk around regenerative transitions and the results they've witnessed in implementing these models.
Our speakers will include:
- Harley Cross, Co-founder & Director of Strategy, Land Core
- Aria McLauchlan, Co-founder & Executive Director, Land Core
- Maggie Monast, Senior Director of Climate-Smart Agriculture, Environmental Defense Fund
- Bryan Stanek, Managing Director of Specialized Industries, Compeer Financial
The roundtable is free and open to everyone, Soil & Climate Alliance members and those who aren't yet members, so please share this with those in your network who are interested in learning about the power of partnerships, policy, and innovative thinking in financing regenerative transitions.
