Southampton Forward is excited to introduce SO: Governance, a monthly online series designed to strengthen governance skills, foster resilience, and enhance impact within Southampton’s non-profit sector. These 90-minute sessions will dive into essential governance topics, offering tools, resources, and expert guidance for organisations looking to thrive. Whether you’re new to charity work or an experienced leader, this series will support your journey to building a strong foundation for your mission.
What to expect in this session
This in person session, hosted by Rob Kurn and Claire Gevaux, gives us a chance to reflect on the previous five online sessions and work together to design the next 5 sessions. We will look at topics we need to cover, speakers we can invite and if the sessions work practically. So expect there to be lots of interaction, ideas and at the end of the session we will have five new online sessions planned out with your involvement.
