But for those of us with rhythm in our DNA, that may not be the case/The Soga Method merges the grounding alignment of Yoga with the high-energy, soul-stirring liberation of Afro-Caribbean dance.This isn't just a "workout." It is a ritual of release.<h3>The Experience</h3>In this 60 -minute session, we move through three distinct phases:<ol><li>The Warmup: Deep, focused yoga sequences to center the mind and prepare the body that incorporate hip and waist isolations.</li><li>The Rhythm: Transitioning into Afro-Caribbean movements to unlock the hips, heart, and spirit.</li><li>The Comedown : A meditative, deep, luxurious stretch cool down to come back to yourself, and elevate your consciousness.</li></ol>
