It emerged from a team that understood that we must collaborate in all the work we do so let's figure out how to excel at collaboration.The core idea behind FAST (Fluid Adaptive Scaling Technology) is to create an environment that promotes continuous improvement and quick decision-making. It's designed to help software development teams scale their processes and adapt quickly to changing needs. FAST emphasizes flexibility, allowing teams to scale their work based on the project's requirements without being constrained by rigid frameworks.FAST encompasses ideas from Open Space, Software Teaming, and Lean. It encourages teams to adopt practices that fit their specific context rather than forcing them into a one-size-fits-all solution. This approach can be particularly beneficial for teams working in dynamic environments where requirements and priorities can change rapidly.FAST and Software Teaming are closely related and we'll be exploring the connection between them and the benefits of this combination.
