Software Carpentry with Geospatial Data

This is a series of Four half-day workshops to provide an introduction to R for learners working with geospatial data. Short tutorials alternate with hands-on practical exercises, and participants are encouraged both to help one another, and to try applying what they have learned to their own research problems during and between sessions. Participants should bring their own laptop to work on. This should be a Windows, Mac, or Linux machine, not a Chromebook or tablet. You should also be sure to have admin privileges on your laptop.

This event runs Thursdays and Fridays on Thursday, November 14 and 20 and Fridays, November 15 and 21, 2019 from 9:00AM to 12:30PM each day.
