Growing Up Gorgeous Moms provides in-real-life and online events to support moms-of-faith.

<h3>If you are a woman who is always exhausted and feeling out of control, then you need some time to reset your mind, body, and soul.</h3><h3>Soft Saturday  is an experience designed with your rest and self-care in mind. Using Christian faith-based practices, join us as we practice self-care and explore what is in our hearts. You will leave this event feeling refreshed and restored.</h3><p>----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------</p><p>Our theme for February 18th is:<strong> Being Intentiona</strong>l: <em>Feeding your mind, body, and soul intentionally</em>. We will work together in creating a vision for our wellness for 2023. </p><p>This event is hosted by experts who have supported hundreds of women in growing in wellness both physically and spirituall. It  is the gathering of a community of sisters that makes this practice all the more uplifting. </p><h2>Joy. Sisterhood. Rest. </h2><p>What to expect:</p><ul><li>Grab your yoga mat and your water bottle as we will move our bodies</li><li>Bring your journal for our mindfulness practice</li><li>Come with an open heart and mind ready to connect with other sisters</li></ul><p>----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------</p><p>Our hosts are skilled in supporting women in their spiritual and wellness journey. Let's grow deeper together. </p><p><em>Bernai Holman</em> is owner of Go Strong Fitness and provides one-on-one and group personal training, as well as GoStrong Apparel.</p><p><em>Christina Acosta-Martinez </em>is a community builder for Black Christian moms as owner of Growing Up Gorgeous Moms.</p><p>This session will be available in-real-life in Merchantville, New Jersey and on Zoom. </p><p>--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------</p><p>A testimony from one of our past events: </p><p>"Thank you so much for your Love and heart for the Moms and deep fellowship and a moment to reflect with the Lord.
