Join us in a shared opportunity to turn inward, connecting to our bodies and intentions as we welcome a new calendar year and settle into the winter season.We'll gather on the beautiful top floor at Frances May for a morning movement practice &amp; intention setting class with Joey Beso, followed by a group tarot reading from Danielle Delceppo of Auburn Astrology.This grounding experience features wellness offerings from Skin by Robin, Vibrant Valley Farms, and Planetary Magick.Bring a yoga mat and water bottle (email <a href="mailto:info@francesmay.com" title="mailto:info@francesmay.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">info@francesmay.com</a> if you need to borrow a mat.) About the Instructors Joey Beso is a yoga and Pilates teacher based in Portland, Oregon. Her classes are strong, intentional, and music-forward, shaped by her love of movement that feels both athletic and grounding. With a background in yoga, Pilates, and sculpt-style training, Joey focuses on building strength, mobility, and body awareness in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. She’s known for clear cueing, smart progressions, and playlists that carry the room. Joey challenges students while encouraging them to listen inward, move with purpose, and trust their bodies. Beyond teaching, she’s deeply invested in community-building, events, and retreats, believing that consistent movement can support both physical resilience and mental clarity. Danielle Delceppo specializes in intuitive Tarot and Astrology, with a focus on personal exploration and growth. Through the expansive art of Tarot and Astrology, Danielle will collaborate with the group to assess opportunities and challenges from new angles starting in this present moment. Together we will create an organic and resonant space to unlock your inner power, intuition and creativity.
